- we recommend that you arrive 15 mins before your
appointed time to allow time for introductions, consultation,
filling out your client detail card and also just time to relax,
have a nice glass of lime water and to use the bathroom if necessary.
- the only thing to keep in mind is to wear open toe
shoes if you are having a pedicure as a part of your treatment
as closed in shoes will spoil your polish, open toe shoes should
be worn for the rest of the day if possible to prevent smudging
of your polish.
- maintaining your sense and our therapist’s sense
of dignity is of the utmost importance to us. please enjoy your
treatment knowing that we provide disposable underwear where necessary
and that our qualified therapists are trained to drape correctly
to ensure your comfort and privacy.
- arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated
for your treatment; it will lesson the effectiveness and most
importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. as a courtesy to all
clients our treatments are completed as scheduled.
- please let us know as soon as possible if you need to change
or cancel your appointment, we are a very sought-after day spa
trying to provide the absolute best service for our clients, we
normally have a list of clients waiting for any cancellations
especially for saturday & sunday appointments.

best experience possible, so whether it is the music, the temperature
of the massage stones or room, or the pressure of your massage,
